A piece of art in itself, this 1968 airstream was completely remodeled by a carpenter who travelled for years it it. Upholstered by Austin rockers and beloved by all, you will sleep better than ever out here in the green pastoral Texas countryside. Clean, comfortable, relaxing.. We have a number of airstreams on the property, you will have your space. There is a full bathroom inside the tiny home with hot water, queen bed, heat, AC, all cooking essentials, big TV, wifi, netflix.
The Space:
Truly a work of art, this unit was made with love. Enjoy creative decor, privacy, nature, east of Austin. We are 20 min from downtown, in the green rural country East of Austin near COTA. Organic garden, BarB Que, Big yard with swings in the tree, and cool dip! We are 420 Friendly, Covid19 conscious, LGBTQ inclusive. We are film makers and musicians working on creative endeavors and cultivating community and creativity here in East Austin.
Guest Access:
This is your little home in the country. yard, swings, cool dip, fire pit are all shared spaces, but there is plenty of room for social distancing
The Neighborhood:
we are out near the cota racetrack, texas country, big trees, a convenience store a mile away. straight East on slaughter or Willima Cannon gets you here. near the junction of 973 and 183
Getting Around:
you will need your own transport here, we can offer rides in and out of town under some circumstances. We have a dedicated rideshare person we can call at any time to pick you up or bring you in.
Interaction with Guests:
we live in the house, a couple of artists and musicians building our dream home, our airstream retreat "Queen of the Road"

Summary: This listing was not legit - there was clearly someone living in it fulltime when I pulled up. I was offered the trailer next to it but no explanation or apology - and then no hot water for two days. Manager was very slow to respond. For the price, the site itself was fine - a bunch of trailers in someone’s back yard.

Summary: This place is little out of the way on an FM highway but it's so cozy and cute and I love that it's pet friendly since my small heeler Dachshund mix comes everywhere with me! This is also a cute place to check out if you're interested in tiny home living at all. I love that the RV I stayed and actually had a tub that's always a plus! The chickens & the sheep give it a cute rural vibe. Hosts are really accommodating and communicative.

Summary: Very comfortable for one person, a little tight for two. Water pressure was very low, and there were a few unwanted visitors 2 of the 3 nights we were there, but otherwise good. The location was central to a lot of things... airport, downtown, which was very convenient. Contacting the host was easy. Would recommend.

Summary: Property could really be as awesome as it might have once been with proper up keep the camper is really cool concept but not quite up to par bathing area is a curtain and a horse watering trough very low water pressure like slight trickle the A/C was packed full of dirt Dobber nest that blew out when turned on the bed was covered in black dog hair and smelled like said black dog had recently been laying in the bed. I don’t want to sound all negative super quite area did not hear a single sound at all and was greeted by a very nice lady that was outside when I arrived over all very peaceful stay just could use some money and work put back into the place to make it an awesome stay for all walks of life not just the ones who are willing to ruff it.
